Neither, the only scenario or definition of a nuclear war and/or WW3 is when the superpowers are squared off into two camps. The only thing on the radar now is regional conflicts, proxy wars, sabre rattling and brinksmanship.
When the US vs Russia and/or China in OPEN declarations of war, then come back and we'll talk WW3. A nuclear war with tactical nukes make be in the cards, however, but it won't be global suicide if they're put to limited use at the Natanz hardened facility in Iran or to a response from a NorKor invasion.

no because if we went into either it would be the end of the world because the weapons are too powerful and if it was WW3 nuclear weapons would be used and to have WW3 you would need a country takeing over many country's and many country's to get involved.hope i helped

As long as north Korea doesn't test nuclear war weapons ( NWW ) on any other foreign nation soil, we SHOULD be fine. There really isn't any major crisis going on, Iraq is just, well, Iraq, and because its in the middle of transition, and especially with Sadamn Hussein having a death sentence, itshould play out. With the recent result of majority democrats in the government you will see a decrease of military personal in the middle east. just watch. As soon as we pull out of iraq, then there will be a civil war between the Sunni and Shi'tes. And as long as we can keep a cap on North Korea...we should be fine.

Every passing day brings us one day closer to that reality. A dirty bomb exploding in a major metropolis is probably the more likely event that will occur prior to any nuclear conflict. Hopefully, that will be enough for people in certain positions of power to finally take some serious and decisive action.
