just be honest, tell her how you feel and see where it lead you two.
if both young, you guys need to mature, this will be a learning process for you to realize what love is all about. of course, any relationship have a challenge, this part is the perfect chance to really get to know each other. a lot more to learn, adjustment to be made, more test to see if you are made for each other. there is a tendency to doubt each other especially if one is not true to itself.
i guess in your part, your admission is the revelation that you truly love her, right now, give her time and talk to her heart to heart once everything cool down.

you'll have to earn her trust back. this just happened to my close friend and she doesnt know if he's for real or he's just playing her cuz he just got rejected by another girl....so tell her how u feel and what made u change ur mind, or what made u break up with her in the first place....it's hard to just believe someone after they've broken up with u...ya know? so she'll be kinda skeptical. but be honest and tell her u want her back and that she means the world to u and that u didnt realize how much she meant to u until she was gone...and pray for a second chance

Tell her you were stupid and insecure. Take all the blame for EVERYTHING. Then come up with something really, really nice to say that is unique to her. Something that will remind her of the good times you had. Maybe a nickname or something. This way she knows you're apologizing and that you want it back to the way it was.

Tell her your not playing with her and you love her.
Tell her you feel vulnerable and insecure. Tell her you are afraid of loosing her. If she loves you, see feels the same way. Sometimes it is hard to talk about vulnerabilities and insecurities but they are truly there when you really love someone. It is something you need to work on to overcome. Don;t let vulnerability and insecurity ruin your love.
