i have tried the lemon flavour crest YUK!!! the peppermint one for me

Well peppermint b/c if lasts longer actually. Citrus is okay but I don't like citrus much except in the form of Sprite or 7 up. Peppermint is better in my opinion.
Or wintergreen! Yum!!

That is all a matter of preference. The citrus sounds good, I can't say I have had it. I generally get the minty.

Read the lable of what ever tooth paste/gel you choose to use. IF it has any color dyes...stay clear. you are trying to clean and whiten the teeth, not dye them. There have been no long term studies on the dyes in toothpaste, so the reds and funky colors, stay clear of them.
