I am not used to dating because I have been in a long relationship for the past few years, and I am not really good with stuff like this. Any help is appreciated!

Notice how long it takes him to introduce you to fam/friends, also see the way that he acts towards you when he is with his friends, if he introduces you as "my girlfriend, my lady, my love" or anyother endearing term, then you should be able to tell. The way he treats you is important. ( this also depends on age because young guys are different that adults)
If he will do nice things for you without asking.
If you always catch him looking at you.
If he acts nice to you around his friends.
If he makes physical contact with you for no reason, like brushing into you, or putting his hand on your shoulder or something.
If he calls you just to say hi.
There are a million ways to tell. It should be pretty easy to figure out.

time spent is the key. The more I like a woman the more time she gets. not just calling or actual time together. Planning, making sure things are just right, little surprises during the day, just the little I am thinking about yous. That's what i noticed about myself hope it helps.

He wants to see you often, makes plans to go out, looks you in the eye, smiles, asks questions about you and tells you about himself.... kisses you like he really means it :) and doesn't pressure you for more until YOU are ready.

If he is into you, you will know it, because he will be kinda "in your face".
If he says he'll call, and does, that means he likes you.
If he touches you or tries to hold your hand, that means he likes you.
If he smiles at you for no good reason, he likes you.
