No, cooking a hotdog in the microwave will not give you worms. And, neither will raw eggs or cookie dough, etc. as honeydewhottiehbs said. You might get salmonella from eating something with raw eggs, but you won't get worms.

I would always do them in the micro - it's like 10 seconds versus boil the hot water put it in the pan etc etc!! I am getting so lazy these days ,lol, but at least I'm obviously not alone.
