File I129f. This is the fiance visa. It will take about 6 months for the process to complete and she can get her visa. Once she is in the US you have 90 days to get married. Once you get married you need to file I485 which is adjustment of status or a green card. I765 is a work permit and I131 which allows her to leave the country while you wait for the green card. Good luck.
Go to www.uscis.gov and you can download the form. Don't hire an attorney, they just charge you for stuff you can do on your own.

Once you get married, you'll need to fill out some paperwork for it and I believe it takes a few months...Going to speak with a lawyer wouldn't be a bad idea. If you do something wrong on a form, it can cause problems.
That being said, I'm sure you love your fiance and trust her/him, but I just want to say be careful! I know a few people here who were involved with Brazilians and not long after they were married and had their visas then the spouse filed for divorce. I'm not saying all Brazilians are like this, but as they say...it only takes a few bad apples to ruin it for everyone!
Good Luck!
