Most of the time I blow-dry my hair and then straighten it with a straightener. But I'm getting tired of straight hair. If I just let my hair air dry...it dries in nice loose curls that everyone uses curlers for. It looks great but it also dries frizzy. If I brush my hair too much or put some kind of cream in it...the curls brush out. What can I use to tame the frizz without having to brush my hair alot?

It wont dry frizzy if you use a hair styling lotion, rub it all over your hands like regular lotion and then rub it into your hair and then grab each curl and wind it around your finger until your entire head is done. You can choose to use hair spray to set it but it should be good without it.

Brushing curly hair is a big no no! You should just use your finger to comb through or a pick. That's probably the biggest reason you have so much frizz. A good product is by Aveda called Be Curly, it is a creme so it doesn't make the hair crunchy.

Use an anti-frizz serum. I like Paul Mitchell's Gloss Drops. Just apply 2-3 drops on damp hair and let it air-dry. It won't weight your hair down. Also never use brush if you want your hair curly. Use a smooth wide tooth comb, and use it as sparingly as possible.

Use Bed Head Moisture Maniac, it will help your hair from being frizzy or you could try something else a lil cheaper that is for frizzy or dry hair.
