If you have sensitive skin it is probably too abrasive. I recomment Principal Secrets scrub because hers is the smoothest one out there! I have tried countless. Hers does not scratch at all! Can buy online or through QVC

Personally I love St Ives. I use the medicated apricot exfoliating cleanser when I shower and the apricot radiance every day. It does tend to dry out my skin a bit but my skin dries out quickly anyways with the colder weather.
I use a moisturizer afterwards and I'm good to go.
Start out with the radiance and see how you like it. It's a cream cleanser and still has the exfoliating beads but not as many. They also have specific products for sensitive skin.

The apricot scrub isn't tremendous for tender pores and skin because the exfoliant is amazingly tricky. try searching for an exfoliating product from Aveeno or Cetaphil, that are both good for tender pores and skin. they could value a touch a touch extra, notwithstanding it really is worth it to ascertain you're literally not worrying the exterior on your face!

NO!! NO!!! and Double NOOOOO!!! Crushed apricot shells are the key ingredient in this product, and crushed apricot shells (think about it) ... are nothing but .. crushed apricot shells. They're jagged and will cause miniscule abrasions in the skin, and if you're sensitive skinned, it >>>could<<<< cause severe irritation and/or abrasions. I'm a skin care professional, and would NEVER recommend this product for sensitive skin.

The best skin lotion or cream, is ones that have all natural ingredients. Commercial lotions and creams have added chemicals that are not good for us. Check out this site with healthy skin information.

I've used it and it works good! Give it a try. It makes your skin smooth, but doesn't dry it out.
