you catch her glancing in your direction, maybe smililng and being flirty around you. if you are talking to her a girl and she is smiling and her eyebrows are raised that means that she is interested in what you are saying.

If she seems really intrested in what you have been up to since the last time you poke to her. If she asks questions about you, things you like, things that you're into. If she is paying attention to you, then it's a good bet that she is intrested.
