Of all the animals I have eaten, I would have to say lobster is the tastiest. Hands down.

To grow a nice yummy piece of meat you take a baby cow and tie it up. Suspend the animal in mid air so he doesn't have to hold itself up or be able to walk. This allows the muscles to stay tender. Of course you will have to take special care of the little piece of meat. Message the muscles and hand feed the animal. This my friend is the correct way to grow premium steak.. Fillet Mignon if you will. Slaughter just as it reaches maturity. Best served bloody. Enjoy.

I think it does vary with time of year. Certain things come into season in various months, like salmon. Or ingredients that particularly compliment a dish comes into season, like duck with raspberry sauce.

I think that venison, rabbit, and squirrel are the "tastiest" because they taste more gamey than other types of meat. By tastiest I mean "strongest taste".
Turkeys are just poultry and don't have much of a taste if you ask me.
