MAYBE HE JUST WANTED YOU TO BE NEAR, SOMETIMES WORDS ARE NOT NEEDED , JUST TO KNOW THAT THE PERSON YOU LOVE IS JUST TOUCH OR FEEL AWAY MEANS EVERYTHING. JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE TOGETHER FOR THE DAY DOES NOT MEAN THAT HE HAS TO BE ALL OVER YOU OR TALKING. PEOPLE SHOW LOVE IN MANY DIFFERENT WAYS , YOU SHOULD BE GLAD HE ASKED YOU TO BE WITH HIM WHEN HE WANTED QUIET TIME. HE TRYING TO SEE IF YOU AND HIM CAN VIBE WITH OUT WORDS YOUR MAKING TO MUCH OF THIS CALM DOWN AND RELAX AND ENJOY THE QUITE TIME.

I think your boyfriend sounds immature. He obviously says one thing and does another. Therefore, you might want to ask him about his behavior. If you don't like the answer, then you might want to ditch him.
