Sure. Yes I would let them sit out and thaw a few minutes even run a little warm water over them. The crust and cheese will cook faster than the veggies frozen.

At the very least thaw them. If you really want them to taste good roast them first. Spread the frozen veggies on a cookie sheet, drizzle with a little olive oil, then sprinkle with seasoning, and roast at 450 for 15-20 minutes.

You don't need to thaw them if they don't contain a lot of water (like broccoli or peppers)--just throw them into a saute pan (frozen) with a little olive oil and chopped garlic for a couple of minutes before topping & baking the pizza. If you are using frozen spinach you SHOULD thaw it and squeeze some of the water out before sauteeing it, otherwise it might make your pizza soggy.

You should thaw them because there's a lot of excess moisture in frozen veggies, whether store-bought frozen or frozen yourself. You don't want a soggy pizza.

Yes, but make sure you blanch or very lightly steam them, then cool them and pat them dry before putting on the pizza.
Same thing happens with fresh veggies too.

Thaw them or the ice crystals will turn to water and make your pizza soggy.

Probably if you thaw them first, it should work.
