I've got this guy flying in for the weekend and we've only been together once, how should i show him a good time, and hopefully we can start a relationship?

If I were you, I would try to pick things to do that would be conducive to getting to know each other better. Maybe going to the grocery store and picking out things together to have a picnic, or going to the zoo, or to a museum.... Pick things to do that give you something to talk about either at the time or later.

Probably the best thing to do is to show him the local "sites" where you live. That would make both of you feel at ease and relaxed instead of planning a lot of formal things to do. I think the best approach is to be authentic and let him get to know the "real' you.

Be nice to him, matbe show him around, do dinner, keep sleeping areas well away from each other.

You deal with the obvious attempts that will come from his sweet talking sexual advances. Yoy know they will eventually come your way.

have some plans...
give him some (limited) choices of what to do
based on his interestes (ball game, play or art museum)
also leave casual time, like hanging out at a coffee shop.
or walking on the beach.
just see what happens.
