Where in Canada can you find the least amount of rain, best chance of finding a great husband, lowest housing costs and best for raising children? I want to move to 'nirvana'!

If you want the lowest housing cost, definitely the Maritimes...perhaps New Brunswick. It is a really great place. Ontario is also great, and has more opportunities. Whatever you do, stay away from out West, it is expensive.

Stay away from Ssouthwest BC (Vancouver, Victoria) if you don't like rain (also very expensive housing), lowest housing costs and more men are generally up North (not including Fort McMurray, which is booming). Best for raising children depends on what you mean by "best", there are lots of small towns where kids can play outside etc., but you have to check the education stats as well to determine the quality of schools.

Check the realtor sites for information on the local stats for population, weather and school.

Back to the weather... You're generally going to trade "no rain" for "cold and snow" in Canada - so you essentially have to choose between Gortex and Down!

Fort McMurray Alberta! It's cold as hell, and as a result cheap. It's an oil town, so full of eligible men, and since you are really in the middle of nowhere it is a safe place to raise children.

If you go to edmonton, the housing prices arent just starting to rise. They've been exploding for a couple of years now. If you want cheap housing, you're not going to find it in Alberta.

Lool to Calgary or Edmonton, although housing prices are starting to rise. If you can handle super cold weather, go to Winnipeg. Don't think there's much to do there, though.
