Well i wouldnt come right out and say i love you if you guys arent dating or anything, because that will weird him out. I would just tell him that you are into him and put the ball in his court. Then it will be up to him to make a move, or leave it just as friends. But be up front with him that u do like him, because if you dont, u may live to regret and wonder what if.... Good luck :)

Best way to deal with these situations is to confront him and let him know how you feel. If he loves you too well and good if not then he wasnt worth your time. Dont be upset, im sure there is someone there made for you

You should hold off telling him you love him since he isn't really showing his true feelings towards you.
You may scare him away by telling him. Let things go natural and he may come around and pay more attention to you , then tell him..
