God our Father has blessed people with different and unique gifts that many times cannot be explained by man, (science). And since our creator gave us free will, and the person He has blessed with extraordinary gifts or talents will have a choice how to use thier gifts, the choice is thier's to shed light or dark on the world and it's people. God will and never could be obsolete. In the end, everyone will be judged and God the father will hold you accountable for all the choices you have made.

Well, just as beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so is genius.

There are many great "geniuses" that made the best discoveries because they ASSUMED that God was, God is, and God will be.

Do you think Einstein, Newton, Kepler, Galileo, Mendel and such were stupid?

Seek the Truth everday.

Those people think they are geniuses, but is based on what we as mortal humans perceive. God will never let anyone discover just quite enough that will render him (or her) obsolete. It is like in one of the Rocky movies when Rocky says to Apollo Creed that he taught him everything he knows, and Apollo replies that he didn't teach him everything!

The creation can never render the creator obsolete. He gives us brains and talents and free will because he wants us to love Him because we want to love Him. Not because He forces us. Example: If you had a son and you made him kiss your hand everyday and say he loved you, and you made him do everything for you, it would be more like a slave than a loving son. Instead we nurture our children and hope they will love us. If this son loves you - you feel loved and happy. If he doesn't love you, you feel hurt and sad. But you still love th son no matter what. That's what God's love is like. It is not forced upon us, it is freely given, and requested in return. The biggest difference is that God's love is completely unconditional (we can never be bad enough for him not to love us), and there is a consequence for us choosing to not turn to him.

That's like saying discovering Picasso's genius renders him obsolete. If you deal with scientists they will admit that they have only scratched the surface of knowledge. God's genius is far more than any human genius. As we discover His genius we will be more amazed as you would with the work of master of Science, Art, Mathematics you name it.

Well, you certainly are no genius for asking such a question. Our finite, pea-sized brains cannot compare to or even comprehend the infinite mind of God. You've stripped your gears along the way if you think God will be rendered obsolete. Your pomposity will be your undoing.
