Guys who show a romantic interest in me, I'm never attracted to them, while the guys I'm attracted to, aren't interested in me. Is this just chance, or is there something going on mentally that I'm not realizing.

I've had this problem since I was about 16! It's not you or them, it's just that you haven't found the person you obviously need in your life. I am now 29, and have finally found someone I click with, but every so often I look at him and wonder if I really fancy him. However, it isn't always about looks, and he mentally stimulates me which is a great help. Give it time.

Might be time to reassess what your looking for. Unfortunately many women are turned off by nice guys who can provide them with a secure happy life and are turned on by bad boys who can do them nothing but bad.
As much as you think it isn't an issue - you might want to look into the possibility that you have a fear of commitment. Your problem is a perfect description of just that.
Peace

Maybe you can look at the good guys that show interest and see something you find attractive. Get to know them first and see if they have something that catches your attention that you didn't notice at first.

you need to sit back for a minute and think about a couple of things...

why is it you are attracted to these guys... what about them makes you attracted... is this the kind of guy you want to be with for the rest of your life, or would you not be able to stand them after a time...

now you need to think about what it is you really want in a guy... what qualities to you want them to have, and what are some things you want to make sure he doesn't have... now think, where would a guy like this hang out with friends? is that where you're finding the guys that arn't interested in you??

hope this helps.

Yes, you want what you can't have. Eventually this will lead to a bad ending.

Some guy you like that does not really like you will hang around for sex. You will get pregnant and he will be gone.

Easy. Evey kid thinks of themself as in the middle of the popularity chart. Then the people they like are way more popular than they are. So there for they think it would be a mircle if they asked you out. And last lame lozers. People who are weird to kids are considered lozers. And to them they think ur popular so than they like you.
