Good grief, child- If you lose 20 pounds you will look just like PeeWee Herman!! If you are worried about your looks.....try lifing weights and toning up- not losing weight. Ew, ew, ew.

Every person' gentic makeup is different. Some people have a metabolism that never allows them to gain weight and some people have a slow metabolism. Your workout plan sounds good so long as your calorie consumption is kept within "diet" levels but as for setting a date, that's impossible to say. Losing 2-3 pounds per week is generally the healthiest goal.
