$20 each, plus another $10 each for each flight of stairs or other major obstacle. Addtional $10 each if they carry out any old bedding. If there's more than two guys, give it to the foreman as soon as is polite when they arrive, so he can divide it up among them and make sure they do a good job.

I'd say around 10.00 each, each one is only setting up one bed...20.00 each i think is a bit extreme. it's their jobs, they arent' expecting tips, you are just a kind person. i'd just tell them thanks and offer them a soda
