once i issued a nominated cheque and this payment made to some one else? after lot of efforts amount i recover and my bank on my request when my bank trace that he charged some amount as a fee actually it was bank duty to made payment to right person. but manger of bank told me this payment was made by clearance department i am agree with it but it was bank duty to made payment as his client advice if i written for RAM why payment was gien to shyam
banks edit department can see there mistake himself or not? If yes what kind of action they take is this Justice by bank on that kind of mistake they charged fee and also if client requirement for any purpose his signature attestation by bank also charge fee?

If the cheque was clearly written and it was allocated to the wrong account by the bank then it is their error and you do not pay any charges. They are at fault not you. If you are living in Britain go back to your bank and ask for the address of the Banking Ombudsman and tell them that you are going to make an official complaint against them. They have to give you this information and the Ombudsman will deal fairly with your complaint. You certainly should not have paid to have the cheque reallocated.

Yes they charge fees. The only reason they don't is when you have written a check against a good account.
