This can be caused by a narrow tear duct. It also can make you more prone to infections. It is a congenative thing, so there really isn't any medicine or anything to treat it, but depending on your case, there may be a surgical treatment.

It could be an infection of the tear gland or something irritating the lining of your eyelid. I had a similar thing about a year ago caused by a piece of feather which became embedded in the lining of my eyelid. If it's an infection then it can usually be treated by anti-biotic eye drops such as fusidic acid.

Try bathing your eye in a solution of a teaspoon of salt in a cup of (cooled) boiled water twice or three times a day. Fill an egg cup with the solution and then lean forward and place the egg cup over your eye. Then lean back so the solution covers your eye - and open your eye. Stay like that for about 30 seconds and then repeat a couple more times.

probably an infection. If its no longer that undesirable - any antibiotic eyedrops contained in the living house might nicely be used. yet while the yellow substance starts off turning out orangey - the kitten might desire to have scratched its eye undesirable. A vet might recognize a reliable eyedrop to heal it.
