Mine is Walgreens. Customers are rude, and so are the employees, and just bad vibes in the store.

I think the energy from the employees who don't get paid well let it rise in the environment of the store.

Walgreen's, Dollar General, and Family Dollar.

They are all messy and the employees are rude. Last week I was shopping at Family Dollar and my 3 yr. old son was looking at the sunglasses. The cashier screeched at him to put them down! She screamed from across the store! (I was helping pick out a pair....) I was so disgusted that I walked out.

I agree with Cranky Yankee about that Wal-Mart....went to Delhi to visit my friends sister at the college there. We went to Oneonta to get her some things and that was the worst one I've ever been to!

Wal-Mart in Abilene, TX is one of the worst. The Super Wal-Mart there is great, though.

I also hate Dollar General stores. The aisles are too narrow, they shelves look like a mess, and the quality of products is so bad that it almost never makes up for the difference in price.

That would be ***** Sporting Goods. I wanted to buy a treadmill and no one could bother themselves to help me. I finally got some help and the salesperson informed me that he didn't get a commission on what he sold, as if to explain his lack of motivation. I purchased the $700 treadmill and never got so much as a thank you from the cashier. You can believe that I wrote a letter to corporate headquarters. I got a response, but there is no improvement in the apathy of the help there!

CVS In Roselle, NJ. The employees were lazy and acted like they couldn't be bothered, no manners, aisles were crowded, people always in a bad mood in that store, and expensive! I no longer go there even though it is really close to my house. I'll drive 5 miles out of my way before I go back to that place.

The worst lately was Sears's in Paradise Valley Mall, kitchen appliance section. We went there, I asked someone who can help me with a dishwasher, they pointed at the person, I waited for 30 minutes in line for him while my husband waited by the dishwasher to see if anyone else came in. Finally, when I said to him "here's an easy sale, we know exactly what dishwasher we want" he said, "i only deal with refrigerators." So we left and ordered it online. That's the last time I try to give someone a sale or commission.

Dollar General! I had broken my sunglasses and was about to take a day trip, so I ran in thinking I could find a pair of sunglasses to tide me over until I could buy a 'good' pair and stood in line with my one item for 30 minutes while a little old grandma checked out. She apparently had brought her teenage granddaughters with her, and they kept putting more and more items on the counter for her to pay for! I almost lost my cool - I wanted to tell them to get away from the counter until they were totally ready to check out! I ended up putting the glasses back and walking out!

The worst place Ive shopped is my hometown mall. It is empty with like 5 stores and so boring, the only good thing is the prices are cheap.

For me, it was one of those discount grocery stores in my area. The workers there weren't so bad, but the customers were rude! It was full of crabby old ladies, ghetto rats, and obnoxious codgers who thought nothing of mouthing off to everyone else. I felt so unwelcome in there that I will more than gladly go to one of the "non" discount stores in town.

Wal-Mart, Oneonta NY. Slowest cashier on Earth, didn't even make an attempt to be quick. Smacking gum, talking to the other cashiers, just moseying around at her leisure. I complained to the management when I left.

Stores like CVS and Rite Aid.
I always get stuck behind the idiot grandma who is complaining about the 30 cent coupon that isn't rigning up. Then they need a price check. And all i want is a beer!!
