don't misstake muscle for fat. your cardio could go up a little maybe raise the heart rate in the cardio, cardio is what burns the fat. try eating oat meal in the morning that tightens the skin up real quick. If you have had a c-section or hysterectomy the scar material could look like fat, and stay away from red meats!!!! don't let your own eye fool you, ask another woman that is in shape how she thinks you look.

go ahead and focus on your stomache every day -do leg lefts, hanging leg lifts with a dumb bell, reverse crunches, useing your legs focuses on the lower abs,
doing crunches focuses on the upper mid abs

if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food...Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that.

1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day

2.) drink lots of water

3.)exercise every day

4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep.

i suggest an almost all organic diet with supplements to help burn fat..then do more cardio/ ab workouts... the ball ex. work great and are fun to do...another good ab workout is the plank...you step up like a push-up but you put your elbows on the floor and clasp your hands together..then you make your back as straight as you can get it while using your abs (not your butt) to hold you up..hold for about 30 seconds then relax and do it again..this has by far been the best way i have found to get the flat stomach. good luck!

You need to work the biggest muscles in your body which are your butt and thighs. By doing this, you will burn more calories which will inturn burn fat from your whole body. This happens becuase they are the biggest muscles and the more muscle you have the more calories you burn. Keep doing what you are doing, but do squats every time you exercise. Sit ups will help tone your tummy too!

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)
