if my father was in the army and my brother is in the army and my father is decesed now am i able to get a scholarship for my college

Nope sorry, the Air Force and I think, the Navy have a program set up so that family members can use some of their GI money but the Army doesnt have that..yet..

You won't get any scholarship from the US Army unless you become a member of the US Army. Go see your nearest US Army Recruiter and ask him/her about that
and they will happy to assist you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You could if your father was a Medal of Honor recipeint to killed/mortally wounded in combat.
