I saw a commercial on TV of a fiber product that you can mix in w/ regular food and it doesn't effect the taste. I can't remember the name though.

Fruits, vegetables have lots of fiber.

Fiber tablets, fiber powder, Benefiber, moer pastas, oatmeal.

For my son, I make a frosting (powder sugar, milk, and vanilla) and put it in a baggy, cut a small hole in the the corner, and let him pipe his own drawing on the oatmeal. He;s more inclined to eat it.

Limit juice intake and offer more fresh fruits. Use whole grain breads. Buy pre-packaged snacks made with whole grains. Use whole wheat pasta and brown rice in casseroles. Make muffins with bran added to them. Offer a plate of fresh veggies with a yogurt dipping sauce for snacks. Make things with oatmeal such as oatmeal cookies, cinnamon oatmeal pancakes, and apple oatmeal bread.

I think voting machine was talking about benefiber.
I use whole grain breads only, not that white doughy stuff. It is an easy change to incorporate. More fruits and veggies - sometimes tricky with toddlers.

Have you tried vitamins just they'll eat them because they remind kids of candy just make sure to keep the bottle of of your child's reach and make sure there child proof as well. All try talking to your child's doctor my daughter was the same way and she was prescribed a liquid iron supplement its called (FERROUS SULFATE DROPS 50ml) you just mix it up with milk or juice it has no taste so your child doesn't even know that he or she is taking drops.
