Is there such a thing as a female cup, and where can i get one? If not, what size cup should i get? I'm about 5'5"...I dunno if it makes a difference.

yeah there is one, it's mostly padded and not a hard plastic like a male cup.
Check awma.com under the training gear header, it's called the Female Tuck Under Guard for $19.95 + shipping and handling.

There is a female cup, you should be able to get it at a store that sales Softball equipment.
If that does not help check out this web site:

If this is for softball you should not need one unless you are the catcher.
