I think it is very normal. It happens to me all the time. It can be a great build up though to amazing sex later.

Depending on your age, I would say yes. More often than not a younger man, somewhere under 30 is generally much more sexually charged. Eventually this may slow down for you but for now, enjoy your drive! Don't mistreat it or abuse your partners because of it, but it's healthy, yes.
