I would go see your doctor or gynecologist, especially if it's been a while, and you can't really explain it. Hopefully, it's just a yeast infection, in which case there are very simple cures, and even some over the counter remedies. If it's something more serious, then you need to get it cleared sooner rather than later.

If you've ever had a yeast infection, you'll know if this is different.
Bacterial infection discharge usually smells a lot worse than yeast infection discharge.
Yeast infections can be treated by a simple, inexpensive trip to the drugstore.
However, if it's a bacterial infection, the good ole doc has to see you, run a test and write a prescription. BEWARE!!
One of the "cures" is MetroGel and it is VERY expensive- my druggist told me it would be $300 if I didn't have insurance. Well, I have insurance and it still cost me $80! I was stunned.
If you don't have that kind of money, I suggest asking your doctor for an alternative. Far as I know, bacterial infections cannot be treated OTC.

Everything you've explained sounds normal. Each woman's vagina has its own unique smell. I think all women are self conscience about it. But thats the way it is. Sometimes your diet can affect the smell as well. Discharge is normal. As long as your not discharging heavily.Woman can not control dischargng that is why we have panty liners. Try Summer's Eve products they work great. Also you may want to try a milder soap, dove, caress. those help as well The end

Dont try and guess and figure it out. Go to the Dr. and let them tell you what it is. I wouldnt worry too much, its probably a yeast infection, or bacterial infection.

I believe the correct medical term is 'cooties', as in 'That girl's got cooties', but you should check with your doctor to be sure.
