go to google and use download a software called demon tool
just install the pc
Restart
Open the program and mount the file .
the program basically creates virtual dvd rom that reads the bin and cue file .

Depends whats in the bin/cue files as they are just images of discs, depends what kind of video files are on the disc? You could use alcohol120% if you just want to put the bin/cue straight to a physical disc without converting any video files?

to transform aa bin report i take advantage of iso buster to transform to mp4 then use nero to make a dvd video i do this on a on an regularly occurring basis foundation..... there could be othe courses yet this works particularly nicely....

what software are you using in the first place? just check this out and see if this help you a little but. But i think you are a little lost in the formats.
