0, none, zero, a person can be healthy and happy as all get out, with out any fats, though omega 3's help people with cholestral problems. 0 is a number less than 20

None. You do not need saturated fat. Consume polyunsaturated and monounsaturated. Also add omega 3 oils from fish sources.
