I overheard a conversation between guys calling a grl a chickenhead...so i had to know what's it mean

a chicken head is a girl that u can have sex with easily and in any location like cars and alleyways usually a neihboorhood girl who has sex with alot of the guys from the hood . chicken head is the description of the girls head bobbin back and forth when giving oral sex like a chicken head would look! get it!

Nicole G is right. It's a person that gives oral a lot. Think of the motion of an actual chicken's head...that's where it came from.
If someone calls you it, you should either smack him or note you need to be more secretive with your escapades...then smack him :)
