Don't be so short sighted and selfish. You yourself said "its been 4 years now and things were much better when saddam was ruling", so that's at least a start. I mean, did you think you'd be living in a new, New York-style baghdad in just a few years?? Get real. "my life is totally ****** up"....well boo friggin hoo. Your country will be going through hell for a few more years, and innocent civilians will unfortunately be caught up in it. But if there is ever to be lasting peace then what is happening now MUST happen. Instead of complaining, help out! Surely there are organizations/companies where you could make a difference in the quality of life for you & your people. Only by the people of Baghdad working together to create the type of city they want will this be resolved. Stop trying to blame others, or expect the Americans to build a Utopia for you (after all, they've freed you from Saddam...do you want them to wipe your *** too?) and DO something yourself!! Help make your country better!

It's not so simple, that you can blame 1 person/country etc.
There is lots of blame to go around:
-America for making mistakes at the start of the war (disbanding the Iraqi army & not letting those people join the new army, not disarming the militia at that time, etc.).
-Iran & Syria for taking advantage of the situation to send in terorrists to start a civil war, probably as revenge for the Iraq/Iran war, not to mention taking advantage of an opportunity to kill Americans.
-The Iraqi people, for not all standing up for their country and fighting ther terrorists, and turning in ALL the terrorists, instead of just watching them set up roadside bombs, ignoring their neighbors who are helping the terrorists, etc.

Any country is better off before a war starts, compared to while a war is going on, but that doesn't mean the war is wrong. You could say this about all of Europe during WWII for instance, but the war had to be fought for freedom.

P.S. There are a lot of people shooting each other in New York too.

Gees Iltrix, things were so peachy under Saddam prior to 1991. We should have let Saddam control all Middle East oil; Iraq, Kuwait and Saudia Arabia. The women would be sooo much better. So where is all the oil Bushie supposedly went to war for. Bush and his buddies keeping it all in their basements? These fundies have moved into Iraq to take control thanks to the vacuum left by Saddam being dead. These are the same people that hate the U.S. and want you wearing a burka. Even Alan Greenspan said it would have been a disaster for the world economy to let Saddam control that much of a commodity you and I both need. All that power and control in Saddam's hand? That would have been negligent of the US to allow that to happen. Clinton could have avoided this war with some air support for an Iraqi uprising. Unfortunately for us his under pants were keeping his ankles warm. He was too busy being pleasured. He doesn't respect Hillary, and you think the rest of us should? He does have that same S/E grin as Ahmadinejad when talking about Hillary. Ever notice that sister!

Blame whomever you want. It won't matter. What is needed is someone courageous, intelligent, and a leader who can bring people together. There are thousands there who want to tear apart the country, and it's up to someone to bring the IRAQI people together (Sunni's, Shi'ites, and Kurds).

Allowing others to use religion to bring about death and destruction is everyone's fault (look in the mirror--that's who's to blame!). The American people are so stupid they allowed an egotistical idiot who "hears god's voice" telling him to spread democracy around the world (who said everyone wants democracy?!?) to be selected once and elected. The Iraqis are so weak willed and selfish that they cannot do what's best for the country, and what would better everyone's lives. The U.N. is impotent and stupid for allowing this and dozens of other attrocities to occur throughout the world.

Who to blame? The answer is in the mirror.

i guess you can blame all of them above. i would blame the terrorist for the violence that you're experiencing every day. i would blame the iraquies for not taking a stand against sadam (please dont take this the wrong way) but every country who wanted to be away from a bad dictator or king united and fought for their own freedom. and i would also blame the united states for causing the war and not having a plan to complete the mission successfully.
