Better Than Sex Cake is awesome. There are different versions, but the one I like is made w/ manadrin oranges, pineapple, cool whip, vanilla pudding mix, and yellow cake mix.

I've got a great pumpkin fudge recipe.

I always make it without the almonds, but i'll post the full recipe. Original recipe also called for 2 cups of butterscotch chips, but I found it overpowered the pumpkin flavor.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup almonds
3 cups white sugar
1 stick butter
5oz evaporated milk
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 3/4 cups white chocolate chips
1/4 cup butterscotch chips
1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS
Butter a 9x13 inch pan and set aside.
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Arrange almonds on a cookie sheet and place in oven to toast. Stir frequently. Do not burn. Remove from oven and set aside.
In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar, butter, milk, pumpkin, and spice; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling over medium heat until mixture reaches 234 degrees F (118 degrees C) on a candy thermometer, about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat. Stir in butterscotch chips. When chips are melted, add marshmallow cream, nuts, and vanilla. Mix until well blended.
Immediately pour butterscotch mixture into prepared pan. Spread evenly. Cool at room temperture. Cut into squares, and store in the refrigerator in an air-tight container.

Go to Kraftfoods.com, under Favorite Holiday Desserts. They have some really great recipes there. Each year I make one of their desserts. The pies are especially great and easy. This year I'm making peppermint chocolate pudding pie from their site.

Mmm.....HUMMINGBIRD CAKE......no...it's NOT made with hummingbirds, but it IS the most delicious and moist cake you'll ever eat!! Recipe follows:

INGREDIENTS:
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 can (8oz) crushed pineapple, well drained
1 cup chopped pecans
2 cups chopped firm ripe banana
.
Cream Cheese Frosting:
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup butter, room temperature
2 pounds confectioners' sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 to 1 cup chopped pecans
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 350°. Sift flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and cinnamon together into mixing bowl several times. Add eggs and salad oil to the dry ingredients. Stir with a wooden spoon until ingredients are moistened. Stir in vanilla, pineapple and 1 cup pecans. Stir in the bananas. Spoon the batter into 3 well-greased and floured 9-inch round cake pans. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes,or until a wooden pick or cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn onto cooling rack. Cool completely before frosting.
Cream Cheese Frosting:
Combine cream cheese and butter; cream until smooth. Add powdered sugar, beating with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Stir in vanilla.

Frost the tops of all 3 layers, stack and then frost sides. Sprinkle top evenly with the 1/2 to 1 cup chopped pecans. ENJOY!!!!!

Frog Eye Salad is wonderful. The recipe is on the back of the box of those teeny tiny balls of pasta. I can't think of the name. But you can find them in the pasta isle in a box. Well of course you have to have the pumpkin pie to. Thanksgiving isn't thanksgiving without it.

Pistachio pie is great. You only need a graham crust, a container of Cool Whip, a can of crushed pineapple, and a box of pistachio pudding mix.

Drain the pineapple, put in a bowl and sprinkle the pudding mix over it. Stir and wait 10 minutes (it'll turn green, that's OK), fold in the Cool Whip, put in the crust and refrigerate.

Really simple, great looking, and it's excellent.
