How about trying for a H-2 Temporary Labor visa? You find out more information here: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=229c6138f898d010VgnVCM10000048f3d6a1RCRD&vgnextchannel=71919c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1____

Unfortunately, you have to apply for some type of visa in order to be allowed to find employment in the US, if you want to do things legally that is. The only loopholes are to do things illegally, not recommended.

Chefs often qualify for employment-based immigrant visas; I have issued several of these. Here is the basic information:

You find an employer who wants to hire you, and the rest just moves along (slowly, but surely).

Stay where you are.

We don't need more America-hating Europeans over here telling us why you are so "superior."
