Check the food network. Tyler Florence did one last week. It looked yummy. He took sage butter and rubbed it under the skin and later topped it with bacon.

Sounds like a lotta bacon. Maybe using bacon bits and rubbing it in would be better. Thing of it is, as long as that bird is gonna be in the oven, they will burn.
