whereby you question everything in your life and can't seem to see the positive. I had one of those on Saturday and for no reason it lasted all day, and i had slept good the night before, no drinks and am normally a very happy upbeat person.

I sure do! We all go over "speed bumps" and you are not alone in this. Some days we tend to feel out of things and is possibly our body and mind trying to "catch up" I know it sounds foolish but I want you to try something the next time you feel like this as it works well for me, Stand next to an open window and do deep breathing for 2 minuts and this has the effect of "kick starting" you both mentally and physically. (deep breaths in through nose, out through mouth) It really works and you feel great after.

Was it a gray day? Sometimes the weather really affects my moods. What about an underlying problem or dilemma? Those can sort of manifest in your subconscious! Take care of it sooner rather than later, or it seems to breed into worse things. But yes, I totally do have those days my dear, usually once a month if u know what I mean!

It's called life, and I'm not being sarcastic. You could be coming down with something, or having hormonal swings, or just be stressed out. A lot of people try to ignore the fact that they are overworked, or having trouble in a relationship or friendship, but it pops out in their moods.
There are so many influential factors in this frame of mind; there are also days on which everything seems to go bass-ackwards. Those are the days I go to bed early!

Yeah. What did you do about it though? I normally pray and ask God to be near, let Him know that I want to feel His presence. He does, and I feel much better and safe. Read this book, it will work wonders I promise you.

Wow you are lucky that it only happened for that one day.... I have days like this ALL the time. I think it is because we live in a world that teaches us that what we have, what we give and who we are is not good enough.... but good enough for who? Take heart- stay true to who you know you are and the feeling will pass. It is good to have these moment every once in a while just to remind us of who we are and where we are going.
