This guy who I'm really good friends with is now 14, he told me he was in love with me when he was 12, that he fancied me at 13, and now he tries to get off with me! Could he actually be in love with me as he told me he had fancied me since been 8!

Potentially, but there is still a lot of growing up and maturing to do and feelimgs might change.

Fancy Fran- this is a crush not love. I have bunions older than 12. That boy don't know nothing 'bout lovin at 12. He is just gettin some hormones flowing and wants to give you the ole rub down. If your interested in that - well go ahead but don't expect no love!

Oh hunnie, No he isn't in love he has a puppy crush. everyone has them one time or another. Give it time as friends no sexual stuff just hang out movies football games school activites and maybe when you two are 18 or so try for a lasting relationship then. Because most boys use LOVE as a word to get what they want. at 12 is way to young to even know what love could be in a relationship like that so just hang out there and see what time develops.

he could NOT be in love with u myabe he just wanna experience different things but he is doing it in the wrong way. be careful. u both are just kids anyways and don't know yet the whole meaning of the word love.. focus on ur studies because that's the only thing that will get u thru life not some guy who maybe is lying 2 u about "his" love....

That is a very young age to experience such a strong feeling as love. Chances are he has very strong feelings and affection towards you, but it is probably not love, at least not yet. It could evolve into love with time, but I don't believe 12 is old enough to know exactly how love feels.

Being in love is a very adult feeling. But it doesn't mean that this boy cannot be in love with you. How do you feel? Do you believe him? Do you feel the same?
Sometimes at an early age, and even at an older age, it's the hormones speaking "love" talk.

I'll try not to give you the common grown-up's answer.
With the VERY, VERY limited knowledge of what love is...Yes, he loves you. As you get older you will see what I mean. To use the REAL definition of "In Love"...No, he's not "In Love". Being "In Love" can't happen at that early of age. There are SO many emotions that hasn't developed yet that is also a part of being "In Love"

It's a crush. Trust me I though I was in love at that age, however it turned out to be a crush. Love starts off as a crush the evolves into love.

babe it seems like this guy is totally in to you dont let it go but also you have got to make sure that he is not playing you yes he told you he loved you when he was 12 but are you sure when your 12 he knows what his talkin about no affence to you or anything! babe go for it but im just warning you to watch out he aint playing with you!
