My guy friend wants to always know of my where abouts is it that he has feelings for me or he just wants to be in control?

The only way you'll know if he has feelings for you is that the tells you.
He just wants to be in control and if that's so, LEAVE him or you'll regret it later.

Wanting to be in control of someone is a feeling. Your friend wants to be in control of you, so he has feelings for you. he probably also thinks you're super hot, but I don't think he'll ever trust you.

He's probably a little controlling, but I think he cares alot for you and wants to protect you. To be really sure though-ask. After all he is your friend!

sometimes that is the sign, but it's always different i mean this one guy has a huge crush on me and he is annoying, my best friend says that this other guy likes me and hes totally ok he doesnt bother me he doesnt annoy me so i know that there can be all sorts of answers.

maybe he likes u and thats just a way to talk to you.
some guys are crazy like that, flirt with him and see if he reacts back, next time he asks, asks him if he wants to be where you are.
