is there a programs that turns on your comp by typing on the keyboard?

no, just put your computer on hibernate or standby, but that will only turn it on by clicking your mouse. I do believe that someone could probably write a program for you that allows you to turn your comp on by typing on the keyboard, but I'm not sure. Hope this helps.

Ive not heard of this, but there is a setting in the "powerup" section of your BIOS that lets your computer turn on at a certain time.
