well if u are a permanent resident of canada then go to the nearest Indian Embassy within you canadian locale...you fill out an application there and have your passport renewed....to find out where the indian embassy is located ....do a google search...for indian embassies in canada....if you cannot go there in person....you can do it via mail....but i would recommend you visit the embassy to have your passport renewed...good luck..
