I usually get exercise outside, hiking, running and walking. However, now it is dark out when I get off of work so I am looking for inside workouts w/out a gym. (I don't feel safe outside by myself and I don't have anyone to workout with. Also it is cold and raining and I know myself well enough to know that I will not work out outdoors when it is like that! )Also, I am worried about jumping around a lot b/c I live in an apartment and my downstairs neighboor is very easily irritated by noise. Is there any way I can get a good workout without buying huge machines (my apartment is small) or joining a gym (I don't have a lot of money). Any ideas?

My husband and I do what I believe is called isometrics. You isolate a muscle group and basically tense it as if you were using it. I'm not really sure how to explain it to you but I've listed some websites below that can. This form of exercise is virtually silent unless you start grunting from the exertion. You do work up a sweat and can definately tell that you've been working out.

Yoga is a great way to get some exercise in without the jumping and noise for your neighbors. Many people do not realize what a workout Yoga can be (yes, you will sweat, your heartrate will speed up and you will be sore the first few times!).

Also, I like to turn on my favorite TV show in a couple of rooms, and do laps around the house (walking) during the 30-60 minutes the show is on. I can usually get a good 2 miles in during this time. Not as heart pounding as getting onto the elliptical at the gym, but it keeps me moving.

I'd suggest a bodyweight exercise routine. You can do it anywhere at any time and it will get you stronger, more flexible, leaner, and in better health than any routine you'll find anywhere else. I've included a link below to one that is very effective.

Yoga and pilates are also very effective but to do them right you need to be taking a class, IMHO. There are lots of little things to remember when in yoga, especially, that you don't always think about without the help of an instructor.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

Exercises like yoga and pilates don't require you to run or jump around, so they won't bother your neighbors, and they provide an intense workout.

The only thing I can think of is a space saver treadmill. Proform makes them. They fold up when you aren't using them. I have one, and I love it.
