I'm 5'5'' 140 lbs and I have cellulite in my butt and the back of my legs. I'm afraid that when my boyfriend sees me naked for the first time he is going to be disgusted and turned off by it. He is thin and muscular and doesn't know I have it at all. What does everyone else think?

My boyfriend does really love me more than anything else in the whole world. I just think he expects me to not have any since I am on more the thinner side rather than the opposite.

if he does get turned off by it, you really don't need him. if he turns out to be that superficial, what would happen if he discovered other flaws? bad morning breath... a mole somewhere... a scar... or even farting in your sleep.

I agree with the others, if he is turned off by your cellulite then prehaps he's not someone you should be staying with. He should love you for who you are. It might be a surprise for him though the first time he sees you naked. Maybe one way to overcome that is to talk to him about it before he sees you naked, let him know you're concerned. If he truely is concerned by it then you can decide where the relationship is heading. If he's cool with it, then there's not going to be any surprises later on.

Good luck

I promise you, he will NEVER NOTICE !! You're just a curvy woman sometimes called "voluptuous". Enjoy your curves and if you're really worried, take a nice brisk walk with the bf every day. He's not worried about cellulite, honey; just about YOU! Godloveya.

If your boyfriend really loves you than the cellulite should not matter to him. It should be you that he is in love with and not what your butt looks like.

If all he is interested in is how your body looks when you are naked then it is time to look for a new boyfriend. If he truely cares about you he won't care if you have cellulite or other imperfections.

If you're concerned about his reaction, then it sounds as if you shouldn't be sleeping with him yet. The beautiful thing about being in a committed relationship is not having to worry about what your partner thinks about all these things - that's the real beauty of true love.

If your bf is turned off by it, that's too bad because there's nothing you can do about it. If you have to hide your appearance in any way for fear of what your bf thinks, then it's time to reevaluate your self esteem. The bottom line is simple...find friends who accept you for you. If they cannot, move on to others.

If he really loves you and cares about you then it will not turn him off. Remember-- true beauty comes from the inside.

First, love yourself and be confident. Men LOVE confident women.

Second, I'm sure he's body isn't perfect. We all have imperfections. I'm sure he loves your body and your personality.

Third, try keep the lights dim.

Fourth, if it really bothers you, seek professional help from a plastic surgeon. The creams don't work.

does he love you for who you are or what you look like
if it is the latter
he may not be for you
if the former
it is you he loves
no body is perfect
except in the eyes of the beholder who cares for you
