2 inch or 4 more inches?

have anybody out there used 2 inch blazer vanes along with the regular 4 inch vanes? and is there a noticeable difference? supposibly the 2 inchers give you an extra 10 fps, is this true?

i always go with the longer vanes i think they spin faster, but it might be possible
