And where in the Bible do you find this?
People have died because God took back the life he gave them but because they were wicked and unrepentant and even more than that they had acted ruinously to God's purpose in being fulfilled or went against God's special instruction which they had special privilage of obeying. God does not wish for anyone to die but certain acts of violations caused God to justly act at times against such people.
God always gives a warning about what he is going to do and many people do ignore him. In Noah's day people laughed at scorned Noah who preached to save their lives. All those who mocked and ignored Noah died. In fact only Noah and his family survived.
Same with Amegeddon, many people ignore or don't consider it is coming soon and carry on with their lives without thought of the warning God has given by Jesus. When God's Day comes people will be unprepared as He will come like a thief in the night. But for many it will be too late. God always gives a warning. People think it will not come in their day and put it out of their minds and live life thinking of long futures of everything being the same as it is today.

Killing is not God's will, It is "Mans" will.
God wants everyone to love everyone, but at the same time he gives us all "free" will and it is sad that some people would want to Kill.

It is not God's will. Pretty soon he will kill those who kill and those who have been denying his existence. And, why is that? Divine justice. God is love, but he is also just. He will do justice to vindicate his name.
