Did you recently get a tick bite or have a rash that looks like a bullseye? Looks like lyme disease. Home remedies I don't know however a simple dose of tylenol or aspirin could do the trick especially for the fever.See your doctor to be sure.

That's exactly what happened to me, and I've been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. I can't say anything for your particular case, other than you need to see a doctor, preferably a Rheumatologist.

You could have tendonitis or bursitis, un-related to your fever. Best to confirm it with a doctor. Whatever it is, it could get worse. It's not likely to get better.
