Only if you want to sound desperate and easy .Which you probably aren't. That is like sending him a note in the third grade that says do you like me? Circle yes or no. Guys like the pursuit, if you take that away he won't respect you.

if you like him, flirt a little and see how hw responds to you. maybe you can ask him for a coffee if you drink coffee, or say hey do you wanna go grab a snack, or do you wanna go out some time. you can usually tell by his responses or body language.
