It will be a little mushier because of the bursting of cell walls during freezing. You can offset that somewhat by not cooking it quite as much in the first place, especially if you plan on heating it after defrosting.
However, with the acidity of the berries and the added sugar, it should keep pretty well in the fridge. I think you'd be easily able to get a week out of it just keeping cold. Store on the bottom shelf of the fridge at the back of the shelf.
If you want to keep it for a good long time you can dehydrate it and make cranberry chews.

If you cook it today, just put it in a container and keep it in the fridge. No need to freeze it for Thanksgiving.

Yes, it will be ok to eat but there might be some cranberry juice, because freezing cause the water to seperate.

well after its frozen it wont be fresh, so it wont tatse as good but it will be fine its only a few days
