God is Love. God loves mankind, Not necessarily the actions of mankind. John 3:16 God has given every one a free will. WE choose whether to do good or evil., if every one worshipped God the way we are told there would be No evil left in the world.

in some religions man has been given free will....
in the philosophy of every action has a counteraction everything is gods will but for a reason (something bad might be viewed as gods will in the sense of a test of strength etc)
no religions promises followers that their life on earth will be perfect they all make promises on the afterlife.
no god (and that includes all) loves sins, killings etc
all religions though do accept sinners back if they repent etc.
do not be so quick to make overgeneralized statements on just one religion, please be so kind as to mention that all religions have these little back windows of paradoxes that can be as always proved with quotes.

God is not only love. He is also just, righteous, holy, and wrath-filled. So when we break His Laws He must by nature give us punishement. But He does love us so much that he wanted to save us from his own wrath. And yet so many misunderstand what this is all about.
Does God hate sin? You bet. Just look at the sentence spelled out for those who break his Law. All liars will have their part in the lake of fire (hell). That goes for thieves, murders, adulterers, and all who have transgressed Him. But the beauty of it is that He made a way out!
He created us knowing we would sin against Him. He knew He would have to send a savior. The only one perfect enough was He Himself. So by sacrificing Himself no one gets to say "I made it to God on my own". He gets all the glory.
But it requires that you respond in two ways. You must repent (turn away from sin) and put your trust in Jesus to save you. Then read your Bible everyday and do what it says and God will never let you down..

God is love, but he isn't only love. God Hates Sins/ Killings because they hurt people and they are things of the devil. God gave Jesus to save us it was very painful for him to lose his only son, but by doing so he saved us from the sentence of are sin. God is mercy, justice, love and so much more. ( I'm not trying to preach at you I'm just telling the facts)

Considering that sin and killing is against what GOD wishes, no GOD doesn't love sin and killings. This is why he sent his only son here to prove that you can live the way it was intended. Thank you.

God is absolutely sovereign.
He providentially rules over the affairs of life, both good and bad.
God is righteous and just, He hates sin. However, He brings good from evil for those who love Him.
Romans 8:28
And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.
Genesis 50:20
"But as for you, you meant evil against me; but God meant it for good, in order to bring it about as it is this day, to save many people alive."

God is not ONLY love - that is just one aspect of His nature. His nature is infinite - as God Himself is infinite. No, He does not love sin or murder. God will not be around sin - thus mankind is separated from God. He loves us so much, however, that He could not leave it that way. He provides us a way to be with Him, through payment of your/my sin - Jesus' death and resurrection - that once you believe and accept His free gift of salvation, you are reunited with God and will spend eternity in His presence.

I don't fully understand the nature of your question so I will try to answer it as best as I can. God loves everybody, including sinners. Just because he loves you, doesn't necessarily mean what you're doing is OK and that you'll go to heaven. I have a son, I love him dearly, but when breaks the rules, he gets punished. Whether it's taking away his toys, game boy, or allowance, he gets punished when he does something bad.
And to comment on what people said earlier, God gets angry when you sin.

Sins and Killings occur when Love is absent!
Love comes from beyond the mind. It comes from the ONE whom we humans refer to as GOD!
