You may want to try taking sugar out of your diet and applying Aloe Vera gel to the area after bathing and whenever it itches. The Aloe can eventually heal it almost completely if you apply it consistently. For extremely itchy eczema, you may want to try applying cooked, watery oatmeal to the area when it's really acting up. It can take the itch out almost immediately! Make sure you stop using any of the above if you seem to be having an allergic reaction or if it seems to make it worse, because people with eczema often have allergies to all sorts of normal every day things that don't bother other people.

My sister has eczema and tried a new product called efficas with great results - it's like a dietary supplement but in gel form.
