I think it'd make 'em puke faster. I don't know about the other.
If it's a chronic alcoholic---ya know one of those where they look like they're head is about to explode b/c it stays so red--then I wouldn't advise it b/c being upside down makes all the blood go to your head too. The combination of both might make the dude's head fall off. Ouch. Yeh. Don't do that.

LOL! Omg, that reminds me of college. I've tried that before. Just get a funnel and drink some beer.
I think it may make you more drunk because you might be drinking it faster.

Possibly...but there are a lot of myths about alcohol out there...watch out. I guess it might since it would take longer to go through your system, but thats the only explanation I can think of.
